How fast is delivery?
Most orders arrive in 15–25 minutes. During peak hours or heavy rain it can take longer, and the app always shows a live ETA.
What does delivery cost?
Orders of ₹100 or more are delivered free. Below that, a flat ₹19 delivery fee applies — shown clearly before you place your order. Minimum order is ₹50.
What if something isn't fresh?
Tell us in the app and we'll refund the item within 48 hours — no photos, no forms.
When can I order?
Timings vary a little by store — open the app to see today's hours for your area.
What if a delivery does not arrive?
We try once more. If that also fails we cancel the order and let you know — nothing is collected on a cash on delivery order, and an online payment comes back by UPI within 48 hours. Our shipping & delivery policy has the detail.
